Assignments for Occupants

Assignments allow specific items or spaces to be assigned to an individual or tenant. For example, reserved parking spaces, bike racks, and storage lockers can be assigned to occupants who pay for these additional perks. Occupants can view their Assignments through the VTS Rise App.

Viewing Assignments in the App

With the VTS Rise app, you can easily view your Assignments in the palm of your hand!

Step 1
In your VTS Rise app, select Features at the bottom right side of the app.



Step 2
Select Assignments from the Features menu.



Step 3
From here you can view all of your Assignments, and the details surrounding them. Selecting the individual Assignment will open up additional information.




Viewing Assignments in the Web Portal

Step 1
After logging into the VTS Rise web portal, select Assignments in the left side navigation under Features.

You can also select Assignments in the Features grid.
