Create and Manage Quick Action Buttons
Quick Action Buttons are a great way to give your occupants quick access to features of your property! With a click of a button, occupants can create work orders, visitor passes, check for packages, and so much more!

Step 1
From the Property Management Portal, select “Settings” located in the left-hand menu and then select "Quick Action Buttons."
Step 2
From this view, you are able to see your previously created Quick Action Buttons. Select "Create New" in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 3
Give the Action Button a title as well as a link you would like to have the button lead to. The button can also be made to be visible to all occupant types or specific occupant types.
Step 4
Select the icon. The icon must be selected from these options. The image will be included in the button on the home page of the app. After completing, select "Submit"
Select the toggle next to the feature you are looking to remove from the occupant's view on the home page. When the toggle is blue, it will appear, when it is grey, it will be hidden. Select "Submit" after making changes.
Decide on the order you would like Quick Action Buttons to appear, and drag and drop them in that order by placing your mouse over the parallel lines to the left of the Quick Action Button name. Select "Submit" after making changes.
