Creating Chargeable Amenities for Residential Admins

Creating Chargeable Day Wise Amenities

Step 1 
After logging into your property's Admin Portal, select Operations and then select Amenities under Property Services.


Step 2
Under Amenities, select Add Amenity in the top right corner.




Step 3
Name the Amenity and give it a description. Under the description, select Yes for Should Amenity have a Calendar? This will open the options for the type of booking. Select Day-Wise. This will prompt Timings, Cost per day, and Additional Flat Price to appear. Here you are able to select between Full Day Booking or Specific Check-in / Check-out Time as well as include the flat price you will be charging for the Amenity. 




Step 4
Once you've completed entering the information for the chargeable amenity, select Next in the lower right corner.



Step 5
Finally, select Submit on the Door Controllers/Beacons page.


Creating Hourly Wise Chargeable Amenities

Step 1 
Select Operations and then select Amenities under Property Services.


Step 2
Under Amenities, select Add Amenity in the top right corner.



Step 3
Name the Amenity and give it a description. Under the description, select Yes for Should Amenity have a Calendar? This will open the options for the type of booking. Select Hourly. This will prompt Cost per hour and Additional Flat Price to appear. Here you are able to include any prices you will be charging for the Amenity. A minimum and maximum time allowed is also required.



Step 4
Once you've completed entering the amenity details, select Next until you reach the Range Based Price tab.


Hourly Pricing
Under Range Based Price if your amenity is using Hourly Pricing it will pull the amount you included under Cost per hour.


Range Based Pricing
If your amenity has 24-hour availability, you are able to create Range Based Pricing.  Range Based Pricing uses the 24-hour clock. To add additional ranges, select the + sign. You can specify a maximum of 24 hours. 


Step 5
Continue to the Opening/Closing Time tab and then select Submit.



Creating Slot-Based Chargeable Amenities

Step 1 
Select Operations and then select Amenities under Property Services.


Step 2
Under Amenities, select Add Amenity in the top right corner.



Step 3
Name the Amenity and give it a description. Under the description, select Yes for Should Amenity have a Calendar? This will open the options for the type of booking. Select Slot Based. This will prompt Additional Flat Price to appear. Here you are able to include any prices you will be charging for the Amenity. 



Step 4
An additional setting that will also appear, is the ability to choose whether or not bookings can be made for an amenity slot after the time has started. When bookings are not allowed after the time has started, residents will not be able to book that time even when there is availability. Select Next when finished to continue creating the amenity.



Step 5
Once you reach the Opening/Closing Time tab, you can set up your reservation time slots. Deselecting the box for the individual group of days will allow you to set up reservable time slots for individual or all days within that timespan.  It also gives you the option to make specific days unavailable to reserve. Selecting the box will require slots to be set up for all days within that timespan, without the option to block days when the amenity may not be available. 



Step 6
To add additional time slots per day, select the + symbol.  To make an amenity unavailable for a specific day, select the Holiday box.  Finally, select Submit to create the new amenity.
