Enabling Bluetooth and Location Settings for Residents

How to Enable Bluetooth and Location Settings


In this article, you will learn how to set up Bluetooth and Location settings on your device.  This will allow you to take full advantage of the accessibility features provided through your property experience app.

From iPhone

Step 1
Select your profile icon in the top right corner of the app home screen.

     
























  


Step 2
Next, select Settings and then select Manage Location Settings

 


Step 3
Finally, set Location to Always, and turn Bluetooth on as well.



Set Location Settings for the App to Always and enable access to Bluetooth. The App uses proximity to the amenity spaces and beacon technology throughout the property.

For Android

Step 1
Navigate to your profile within the App and select Manage Location Settings 



Step 2
Please enable the settings as seen in the screenshots below.


Note: Location and Bluetooth need to be enabled on the device level for Android devices as well.
