Where to find the Forgotten Badge Report inside the Admin Portal
Step 1
After logging into the Admin Portal, select Advanced in the left navigation, then the Reports drop down under Reporting.
Step 2
Navigating to the bottom of the list, select the report Forgotten Badge Entries.
Step 2
Here, you will be able to view what users have submitted a request, their role, and when they requested it. If needed, we can filter this to the date range.
