How to Self Register for Occupants
If your property is utilizing VTS Rise, the best way to take full advantage of all the features available is to be registered for an account. In this article, you will learn how to self-register in either the app or web portal to start using VTS Rise at your property!
From the Tenant App
Step 1
Download the Rise Office App, or your Properties Branded App from the Apple App or Google Play Store.
Step 2
Upon opening the app, select Don't have an account? Sign up.
Step 3
Follow the prompts to create your account.
Step 4
Upon completion, the account will be sent to the property manager for account approval.
Note: Your property may be utilizing Domain Whitelisting, so ensure you are using your work email when registering. If this is your property's workflow, proceed to Step 6.
Step 5
Once the account has been approved, you will receive a welcome email and may now log in using the email and password you entered upon self-registering.
Step 6 (If Applicable)
After registering for an account, you will receive an email asking you to verify your email. After confirming, you will have access to both the VTS Rise app and Web Portal.
From the Tenant Portal
Step 1
In your web browser navigate to the Tenant Portal.
Step 2
Select Don't have an account? Sign up.
Step 3
Follow the prompts to create your account.
Step 4
Upon completion, the account will be sent to the property manager for account approval.
Note: Your property may be utilizing Domain Whitelisting, so ensure you are using your work email when registering. If this is your property's workflow, proceed to Step 6.
Step 5
Once the account has been approved, you will receive a welcome email and may now log in.
