How to Unlock a Door with the Staff Portal or VTS Rise App
Unlocking a door from anywhere with the Staff Portal or App is a simple process. To see how to unlock a door from the Staff Portal or the VTS Rise App, view the steps below.
Admins must enable this ability in the Admin Portal. To learn how please see the Door Controller Configuration Guide.
From the Staff Portal
Step 1
Upon logging into the staff portal, select Access from the left navigation menu.
Step 2
Select Open Door for the door you wish to unlock. The door will unlock allowing the individual to open the door and enter.
From the Staff App
Step 1
Upon logging into the app, select Access from the landing page.
Step 2
Swipe to unlock the door you wish to unlock.
