Mobile Key Access for Occupants
Mobile Key Access
Mobile Key Access allows you to gain entry to your property by holding your credentials natively within the VTS Rise mobile app. These credentials are located in Mobile Key Access. In this article, you will learn how to utilize Mobile Key Access to unlock doors.
Unlocking Your Door
Step 1
From the home screen, select the Mobile Key Access quick action button. This feature can also be located under Features from the bottom of your screen.
Step 2
Select the appropriate key card (you may have different cards for different purposes stored in your account) and tap your device on the key card reader.
For best performance, ensure you have enabled Bluetooth on your phone as well as Location Services set to Always Allow for the app.Related Articles
