Navigating the Residential Admin Portal Dashboard

How to Navigate the Admin Portal Dashboard

Upon logging into the Admin Portal, you will land on the dashboard. The dashboard provides Property Admins with great insight into what is happening at the property and perform some quick actions directly on the dashboard. In this article, is an overview of what is on the admin portal dashboard.

Once you log onto the Admin Portal, you will then arrive at this screen:

The Approval Panel

In the first dashboard box, is the Approval Panel. This is where end user requests such as Work Orders, Amenity Reservations, or Marketplace Posts can be accepted by Property Managers. Below are screenshots of approving an amenity request:

Notifications

The notification box automatically populates as things are happening in and around the building. What's great about this is the notifications are linked, so by selecting one, the platform will automatically bring you to that entry.

Feature Usage

Feature Usage is a bar chart that rolls up feature activity and usage on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. You can filter the view by week, month, or annual in the top right corner of the graph.

Open Work Orders
Here you can quickly see how many Work Orders were Open and Closed from the previous week, month, or year. You can adjust the filter in the top right corner.

Hardware Status

Under Hardware Status, you'll be able to check the health status of all VTS Rise hardware in your building. This is a great way of ensuring your hardware is online at your property.

Note: Beacons will not appear on a hardware health check or a status check as they are not online devices. Beacons do not have an internet connection, they broadcast a Bluetooth signal.

Boost Engagement Buttons

On the dashboard, you can quickly boost our social engagement posts with new News Feed posts, creating an Event, or creating a Poll.

Platform Usage

On the dashboard, you are able to view some adoption metrics from your Adoption Insights Report.
  1. Signed In Users / Building Population: Percentage of users that are signed in to their VTS Rise portal out of the Building Population.
  2. Signed In Users / Registered Population: Percentage of users that are signed in to their VTS Rise account out of those registered for an account.
  3. Monthly Active Users / Signed In Users: Percentage of Monthly Active Users out of those that are signed in to their VTS Rise account.
