Overview of Work Order Auto Generated Emails
Work Order Emails are autogenerated for Occupants when they create Work Orders in the app or Portal.
Email 1: Work Order Approved
After submitting the Work Order for approval, the end user will see the first of 3 auto generated email when the property has approved their Work Order. This can happen automatically or after PM/Work Order Manager accepts the Work Order, depending on your property's configuration.
Email 2: Work Order Started
Now that the Work Order has been approved, Maintenance team members and building engineers can now work on it. When they are inside their app or Portal, and Accept the Work Order to start working on it, the end user will receive the email shown below to let them know it's been started.
Email 3: Work Order Completed
Once Maintenance or the Building's Property Management team has completed the work order they will update VTS Rise. VTS will automatically email the end user that their Work Order has been completed. See below for what that automatic email looks like
