Package Integrations for Residential Properties
With the package management integrations that VTS Rise offers, Residents are able to easily receive notifications and pickup packages saving your staff time and effort.
We partner with Luxor One and Parcel Pending.
How it works
- Delivery service scans in package within Parcel Pending or Luxer One
- Package system generates a notification on the Rise app and portal
- Resident receives the notification on their device with instructions on how to pick up the package
- After the package has been picked up, the status of the package changes on the Rise app/portal.
Setting up Integration
To set up your package integration, the appropriate settings must be enabled under Settings > Property Settings.
