Purchasing a Product at the Property Through Perks - Residential

Purchasing a Product at the Property Through Perks

Our Perks feature allows residents to purchase items directly inside your property app.  This guide will show you how to make a purchase and check out with the app.

Making a Purchase Through Perks- In App

Step 1
Select the Perks icon on the bottom of the app's home screen.


Step 2
Next, select the vendor where you'd like to shop.


Step 3
Here, you will find the vendor's available products and services, information, and location.  
 

Step 4
Select the item that you wish to purchase.


Step 5
Select the number of items you'd like to purchase using the (+) or (-) symbols.  Once finished, select Add to Cart to check out.

The total price will be adjusted based on the number of items selected. 



Checkout Through Perks- In App

Step 1
Select the cart icon in the top right corner to begin the checkout process.


Step 2
Here you will see a breakdown of your order.  Select your method of payment either via Bank or Card.


If you don't have a payment on file, simply select the (+) box to add a Payment Method.


Step 3
Next, Confirm that the information is correct, and finally, select Submit.


Step 4
You will receive a confirmation with your order number and details.
