Set Expiration Date & Time for Management Updates & Polls

Admin users with the ability to post management updates & send polls can choose the date and time for a post to expire.

Setting an expiration date and time gives admins more control over content in the newsfeed, ensures content is timely and engaging and saves time by eliminating the need to manually remove old posts.

Expiration dates are optional–permanent management updates can be kept in the newsfeed indefinitely.

Additional Portrait Layouts for Rise Screen

Building upon a recent Rise Screen enhancement allowing portrait mode layouts, new layouts are now available allowing you to display content in a 1, 2, or 3 row configuration. Portrait orientations make it simple to display content on a vertical screen, and existing landscape mode configurations are available for horizontal screens.

Here’s an example of the possibilities of new portrait-oriented Rise Screens:

Easily Unlock an Elevator Panel Using the VTS Rise App

We've added the ability to digitally unlock an elevator panel using the VTS Rise app, replacing previously needed key fobs and badges with a digital, more seamless experience.
When this is configured, the Access menu in the iOS app will show doors and elevators on separate tabs, allowing users to easily select the right door or elevator panel to unlock.

There are two methods to enable this experience:
  1. Tap NFC reader: property manager can configure NFC tag from admin portal
  2. Swipe to unlock: property manager can configure iBeacon from admin portal
When this is configured, the Access menu in the iOS app will show doors and elevators on separate tabs, allowing users to easily select the right door or elevator panel to unlock.

Occupants now have a more seamless experience to access your offerings through Rise Reserve.
When an occupant opens a Rise Reserve link from anywhere in the VTS Rise platform (web or mobile), their user credentials are now automatically detected and carried over, eliminating the need to separately sign in to Rise Reserve.

Yardi Integration Updates

  1. The Rise ledger has been updated allowing residents to pay in arrears
  2. Users can now update their display name within their profile even when the environment is connected to Yardi- this functionality was previously locked. The updated display name will carry through the entire VTS Rise platform.
