How to Configure Your Rise Booking Tablet for Residential Admins

How to Configure Your Rise Booking Tablet Display

You can change the color scheme, property logo, and background image on your Rise Booking Tablet homepage.  In this article, you will learn how to change the color scheme directly on the Rise Booking Tablet and where you can go in the Admin Portal to update images. 

Rise Booking Tablet Color Scheme

Step 1
Tap the Rise Booking logo five times. 



Step 2
Select the Change Colors box.



Step 3
Next, select the color scheme that you wish to display.



Step 4
Finally, select Save Changes.



Step 5
The new color scheme will now be reflected on the Book Now button as well as the time and date section.



Rise Booking Tablet Background Image and Property Logo

Step 1
After logging into your property's Admin Portal, select Operations from the left side menu.  Next, select Amenities under Property Services.  Finally, select Rise Booking Settings.



Step 2
Select Change Property Logo.  This will open your file manager.  Select the image you wish to use.



Step 3
Select Save to update the new property logo.



Manage Property Background

Step 1
After logging into your property's Admin Portal, select Operations from the left side menu.  Next, select Amenities under Property Services.  Finally, select Rise Booking Settings.



Step 2
Select Edit to the right of the current background image.  This will open your file manager.  Select your new image. 



Step 3
To change to the new image, select Save in the pop-up box.



Step 4
The new background image is now displayed under Manage Background Settings.




Log in and out of the Booking Tablet using Auto Login

Booking Tablets will sync changes made in the admin portal automatically overnight. In order to push manual updates, outside of the nightly syncs, you will need to Auto Login. Auto Login will pull new information added to the booking tablet and any configuration changes. You may also need to Auto Login if there is a reservation not displaying on the Booking Tablet.


Note: If you do not see the option to Auto Login, reach out to support or your VTS Rise contact. If you do select Log Out, ensure you have the login info for your Booking Tablet.


Step 1
To complete an Auto Login, tap the Rise Booking Logo in the top center of the Booking Tablet screen at least 10 times quickly.



Step 2
Once the screen changes, select the red Sign Out button in the upper right corner. This will open a pop-up menu with options. Select Logout with Auto Login.



Step 3

Select Save Changes and the Tablet should be updated.


This will pull any updated Settings or new Bookings from the Admin Portal to be shown on the tablet.


Step 4

Once completed, please check if the changes are now being shown.


Note: Your device must be connected to the internet for an Auto Login to occur. If you encounter any network connection issues, please reach out to Support or your VTS Rise contact.
