Rise Lift 

Part of our access control family is Rise Lift, our elevator solution. Rise Lift provides floor access to the appropriate people regardless if they are a guest or a resident of the property.

What is Rise Lift?

Rise Lift is our elevator solution for properties that want to control access to floors. Rise Lift can determine who is in the elevator and bring them to the floors they are allowed access to. As part of our access solution, Rise Lift enables secure elevator access to credentialed residents and visitors and can be layered on top of existing systems.

Mobile Credentials 

VTS Rise ensures a seamless and secure elevator access experience for residents and their visitors. To see how this process works see the following steps. 

Step 1
Using My QR Code or Mobile credentials within the VTS Rise app, simply scan on the Rise Lift device to gain access. Visitors will use their visitor pass in the same way.



Note: Residents can access their QR code in the quick action button labeled QR Code. 

Step 2
Once scanned, select the floor you would like to access. Rise Lift works in conjunction with a Visitor Kiosk so the visitor or resident scans the same QR code at both devices. This makes the experience seamless for the user as they enter the front door and access the elevator.
