Rise Receive for Residential Property Managers

Rise Receive

Rise Receive is a dedicated package room that allows staff to log packages and place them in a secure room. Residents will be notified of their package and can access the Rise Receive room at their convenience to obtain their package. In this article, you will learn:

Viewing your Rise Receive Setup

Step 1
After logging into the Admin Portal, select Operations from the left navigation menu and select Packages under Property Services. In the drop-down menu, select Rise Receive.



Step 2
From this view, you will be able to see any existing Rise Receive setups.



Adding Rise Receive Users

Step 1
After logging into the Admin Portal, select Operations from the left side menu and select Packages under Property Services. In the drop-down menu, select Rise Receive.



Step 2
Select Add Rise Receive User in the top right corner.



Step 3
Add the required details to the form.
Note: Rise Receive Users are hardware, not actual people.
First Name and Last Name: The Rise Receive User can be named anything. 
Email: This is the email address to allow login to the hardware.
Password: This is the password to allow login to the hardware.
Package Location: Location is a required field and must be set up before adding a Rise Receive User.


Step 4
Select Submit once you are finished to save the Rise Receive User.

Adding Rise Receive Location

Step 1
After logging into the Admin Portal, select Operations from the left navigation menu and select Packages under Property Services. In the drop-down menu, select Rise Receive.



Step 2
Select Locations at the top navigation.



Step 3
Select Add Location in the upper right corner.



Step 4
Give the Package Location a name. You are also able to select this location to be the default location.
Note: VTS Rise will configure the hardware and door controllers for Rise Receive.

Residents Workflow with Rise Receive

Step 1
Staff members will be scanning packages into the VTS Rise platform and placing them in your dedicated package receiving room.
  1. Residents will receive a notification of a package being scanned in via email, and a push notification when logged into the app.  
Step 2
The resident scans their Personal QR Code at the Rise Receive tablet. The resident selects the packages they wish to pick up.
  1. Residents can locate their QR code on their personal app by selecting the My QR Code quick action button from the home screen, or in the settings of their app


Step 3
The resident selects the packages they wish to pick up and selects Pick Up to unlock the door and collect packages.
