Rise Receive is a secure device outside of your package room that allows residents to retrieve packages through a controlled access door by scanning a QR code. Packages must be checked in by personnel using a Rise Staff Tablet.
Rise Receive is configured by the VTS Rise Hardware team, so there is nothing for you to set up!
Running a health check allows you to see if your Rise Receive device is online or offline. In this article, you will learn how to run a Hardware Health Check on your Rise Receive tablet.
From the Dashboard
Step 1
In the Admin Portal Dashboard, under Hardware Status, you are able to check the status of your Rise Receive as well as additional hardware at your property.
Note: To see the Health Check for Rise Receive, ensure the drop-down is set to Tablets.
Step 2

If your device is offline, please contact your VTS Rise contact or support.
