Visitor and Access Reports

VTS Rise stores all visitor and access information automatically within the Admin Portal. To access this information, we start by logging into the Admin Portal

Visitor Logs

You can view all visitor pass activities to see the visitor's name, who created the visitor pass, and when it was created.

Step 1
Select Access in the left side menu.  Next select Visitors under Access Management.

Step 2
Under Visitor Logs, you will see all visitor passes that have been created.  You can also view specific details such as the list of the visitor's names, when the pass was created, and who created the pass.

Step 3
You can see additional details for the visitor pass by selecting the Service Number or the three dots to the far right of the listing and then select Details.

Step 4
Here you can view any comments that have been left or leave a comment in regards to the specific visitor pass.  You're also able to download the access information as a PDF.

Here we are able to see all visitor passes that have been created and who they are for. This includes their name, contact information, the resident giving access, as well as the pass type and dates the pass is valid.

Step 1
Select Access in the left side menu.  Next select Visitors under Access Management.

Step 2
Selecting Authorized Visitors will display all visitor passes created and additional information such as visitor name, category, who created the pass, and when the pass is valid.
