New features to create an engaging tenant/resident experience
Showcase your amenities with imagery
We’ve added the ability to add multiple images for an amenity so you can highlight the best of your spaces and entice tenants or residents to book. Simply select "Attach Image" and select the photos you would like to include.
Indicators to highlight new content
New content indicators help everyone in the building see when new posts and marketplace listings have been added and encourage them to engage with it.
The icon will clear after a piece of content has been interacted with, and will reappear when new content is added.
New features to increase property admin efficiency
We’ve added a new property setting that hides the comment section for work orders for occupants in the app, as well as for staff in the web portal.
Amenity setting to allow/disallow booking after slot has started
We’ve added a new setting that gives your property more control over amenity bookings. Choose whether or not bookings can be made for an amenity slot after the time has started. When bookings are not allowed after the time has started, occupants will not be able to book that time even when there is availability.
View visitor kiosk photos from the staff portal
Visitor photos taken through the VTS Rise visitor kiosk are now attached to the visitor record. This allows staff to easily view visitor photos throughout the staff portal.
SV3 SSO integration
This integration allows more simple access to your SV3 visitor access system. When SV3 is added as a Rise Discover link and users have the same email address between systems, users can seamlessly access the SV3 visitor management system right from the Rise app, without having to sign in.
Proxy
VTS Rise integrates with Proxy to allow users to hold mobile credentials from their workplace app. By carrying a proxy mobile credential, users can gain access to spaces throughout the building that are established with the Proxy readers.
