Create and Manage Property Contacts for Commercial Properties

In this training document you will learn:
  1. How to Add Property Contacts
  2. How to Edit View Order of the Property Contacts
  3. How to Edit Existing Property Contacts

Add Property Contacts

Step 1:
Select "Settings" from the left side of the screen, and then select "Contacts & Disclaimers". 




















Step 2:
All existing Property Contacts will be located here. To add more, simply select the "Add More" plus sign.



Step 3:
Fill out all the contact details and select "Submit."



How to Edit and/or Rearrange Contacts Order of Visibility

Step 1:
To rearrange the order of the Property Contacts, simply drag and drop to set the order that Occupants will see.

Step 2:
To edit the Property Contact, select "Details" on the right side and make necessary changes. Don't forget to select "Save Changes".
