Creating a Work Order on Behalf of a Tenant
As an admin, you are able to create and submit a work order for a tenant, through the admin portal. This article will explain how to create a work order on behalf of a tenant.
From the Admin Portal select Operations from the left side menu and then select Work Orders.
Step 2
Select Create Work Order from the top of the screen. Select the type of work order you would like to create: Normal or Emergency.
Step 3
Follow the prompts to enter the work order details and select Submit when completed.
Required information is indicated with an asterisk (*).
Is Occupant facing? Selecting Yes will allow the work order to be viewable from the tenant side as well as allows the occupant to be notified of work order progress.
