After logging into the Admin Portal, select Operations in the left navigation, followed by Work Order Configuration.

Step 2
This will take you directly to the Custom Questions portion of Work Order Configuration. To create a Custom Question, select Add Custom Questions in the upper right corner.

Step 3
Give the custom questions a title, and select the categories you wish to apply the custom questions to. The questions will appear for an Occupant when they create a work order under the selected category. Custom questions can also be applied to multiple categories.

Note: The Title will not be Occupant facing, this is for your organization.
