Managing the Welcome Email

Whenever a new occupant has a profile created or synced over from your accounting integration, they will receive a welcome email prompting them to log in to the app and portal, giving them their login name, and prompting a password reset. You can personalize your welcome email by following the steps below!

Managing the Body Text

Step 1
From the admin Portal, select Settings located in the left menu and then select Email Templates.

Step 2
Select Edit Next to the User Registration email template.

Step 3
Personalize your welcome email to fit your property. Leave any words in brackets as they are, they are hardcoded and connected to your property's settings. For example, [apple_store] and [google_store] connect to your property's app in their respective app stores.

Step 4
After you have finished making your updates, select Save.
