Create and Manage Work Order Disclaimer for Commercial Properties

Work Order Disclaimers can be shown for Occupants when they navigate to Work Orders in the app or portal. 

Step 1

After logging into your property's Admin Portal, select "Settings" at the bottom left and then select "Contacts & Disclaimers."

Step 2

Scroll down to "Work Order Disclaimer." Create a message that will be shared with Occupants when they go to Work Orders in the app or portal. Here you have the option to show or hide the disclaimer.

Step 3 

This is the view Occupants will see on their end when navigating to Work Orders in the app.

Step 4

This is the view Occupants will see on their end when navigating to Emergency Work Orders in the portal.
