New Features to Create an Engaging Tenant Experience

Easily grant visitors passes for multiple days and times

Property admins and tenants can now grant visitors passes in one flow. Visitors can use the same QR code for multiple visits for a more seamless experience.

Here’s how it works:

When granting a visitor pass, simply enter the required details, including visitor and pass time, pass start and end time, and select “Add another visit.”

Deliver direct and engaging content

Tenant admins now have a more direct communication channel to their employees and can create news and events posts just for them. With a simple, singular tool for their building and more personal content, tenants and their employees are encouraged to repeatedly engage with their workplace app.

Improved view of Yardi-integrated Work Order data

See Yardi Work Order ID’s and statuses directly in the Rise app/portal in properties where it’s integrated. This makes communication with the maintenance team easier so the work order being discussed can be referenced.

Ability to hide certain Work Order categories and problem types from the occupant view

If there are categories or problem types that are meant for internal staff use only, they can now be hidden from the occupant view so that they do not display as selection options when occupants submit a work order.
