Subtenants

In a Commercial property, when a Tenant's primary relationship is with another Tenant at the property, Subtenants can be used. When adding a new Tenant, there is now the ability to make it a Subtenant allowing for a workflow of both requiring the Main Tenant to approve work orders as well as charging work orders to the Main Tenant.

When a work order is submitted by a Subtenant, and Require main tenant to approve work orders is turned on, the Main Tenant will get a push notification and email alerting them about the new work order. Staff and Property Admins will not see this new Work Order until after it is approved by the Main Tenant.

When a work order is submitted by a Subtenant, and Charge work order to the main tenant is turned on, after being added to the ledger, it will appear on the Main Tenant's ledger.

MK4 Support under Hardware Status

MK4 Tablets are now supported under Hardware Status in the dashboard. Select Tablets in the upper right corner to view your MK4 Tablet status.

IOTAS Home Integration Controlling Blinds
