Automatically Trigger Emails to Residents
It's easier than ever to stay connected to Residents and send the right information at the right time. The ability to create your own email templates is now available in Property Settings, allowing Property Admins to personalize email template content and configure a rule when it is automatically sent to Residents.
Note: This feature can only be utilized at properties with a Yardi Integration.
Create as many templates as you need to drive engagement, gather feedback, or share information and procedures.
When the feature is turned on at a property with Yardi sync enabled, Property Admins can create a new email template from the Email Templates screen under Settings.
Personalize the content using the integrated editor to format text and link resources.
Configure when the email is sent out to Residents, including setting a specific day or month after move-in or before move-out.
Preview the email before you activate it to send to Residents. Emails are automatically sent to individual Residents based on their move-in or move-out dates.
Send a move-in survey, assess Resident sentiment midway through their lease, or share move-out procedures in a completely automated way!
Capture Visitor Photos from Staff Portal
Staff are now able to attach photos to a visitor's profile in the Staff Web Portal by uploading an image from a file or by capturing the image using a webcam. Photos taken on the Rise Kiosk will automatically populate the visitor's thumbnail image. The photos associated with the visitor are viewable from the staff app.
Property Managers are now able to check the status of all hardware deployed at the property from the portal dashboard. This allows them to learn proactively whether a piece of hardware has gone offline.
Property Managers are able to see the online/offline status for the following pieces of hardware:
- Single Channel Relays
- Multi-Channel Relays
- Lift Controllers
- Tablets (Kiosk, Lift, Receive, Booking)
Property Managers can select the hardware type by using the dropdown filter on the top right. Once a hardware type is selected, they can select the Run health check button to see the latest status.
