This guide provides you with details about the link out between VTS Rise and Angus/Auth0 for the purposes of utilizing Angus Service Requests, Visitor Management, and/or Resource Reservation within the VTS Rise platform. The integration is a Single Sign-On link out that allows users to be automatically authenticated in Angus after signing into the VTS Rise platform.

VTS Rise and Angus/Auth0

When Auth0 is enabled for a property, nothing changes in the VTS Rise application or interface except the login and sign-up procedures. Users will still be able to use their VTS Rise credentials to log in. Users will be able to select the quick action button for Angus/Auth0 and access their account.


The sign-in experiences that will be updated by enabling Auth0 are the following:

  • VTS Rise Mobile App

  • VTS Rise Admin Portal

  • VTS Rise Web Portal


The Angus/Auth0 link out will not alter the login experiences on Rise Reserve.

Sign Up Flow

Step 1
Log into the VTS Rise Portal.


Step 2 
Search and select the desired property. 



Step 3
Search and select the desired tenant and select Continue.

Step 4
Select Continue. The Auth0 sign up page will be displayed.



Step 5
Enter the signup details. 

For users to automatically authenticate with Angus, they will need to sign up using the same email address that is associated with their profile in Angus.
