Setting up Domain Whitelisting

Step 1
Upon logging into the Admin Portal, select Settings in the left navigation, then select Property Settings.

Step 2
Ensure Automatically Approve App Registrations is set to No under Property Settings. This is required for Domain Whitelisting to be enabled.

Step 3
Select Operations from the left navigation menu, and then under Occupant Management select Tenants.

Step 4
Select the three horizontal dots next to the Tenant that you would like to add domain whitelisting. Select Edit in the drop-down.

You will add a unique domain for each Tenant that will be utilizing whitelisting.

Step 5
Navigate to the bottom of the Tenant's Edit screen to Domains. This is where you will input the email domain of the Tenant. For example, if VTS is your Tenant, @vts.com would be whitelisted.
