C•Cure Integration

This guide is designed to share details about the integration that VTS Rise offers with CCure.

What is C•Cure?

CCure is a user management, visitor management, and access control integration. It allows you to manage profiles in one place avoiding double data entry and create a seamless visitor experience.

The following data is synced from CCURE to VTS Rise:
  • Tenants
  • Occupants
  • Access Control Groups

Data Flow and Synchronization Process

  1. Tenants: VTS Rise syncs tenant name from CCURE.
  2. Occupants: VTS Rise syncs first name, last name, email, phone number from CCURE. When syncing Occupants in the platform, their Tenant name will sync over as well.
  3. Access Control Groups

Visitor Syncing

  1. Visitors are synced from VTS Rise to CCURE.
  2. Visitor Details such as name, email and visitor schedule will sync. If an email address is not added, a dummy email address is created for that visitor on the VTS Rise side.
  3. Visitors are created from the VTS Rise portal, Staff portal or User app. Visitors are then pushed to CCURE with the access level granted in VTS Rise.
  4. If a visitor’s details or schedule are changed, that visitor is deleted from CCURE, and a new visitor is created with the updated details.

VTS Rise and CCURE Sync Methods

  1. Tenants, Occupants and access control groups are synced from CCURE to VTS Rise during the nightly cron job run. A CRON job is a programed nightly update of the system. These can also be synced manually from the VTS Rise portal.
  2. A separate CRON job is run at midnight (Local time of your property) to delete the previous days visitors from the CCURE system and add new visitors for the day. Visitors can also be deleted from the VTS Rise portal which will be reflected in CCURE.

Self Registration

If your property is utilizing self-registration, Property Admins will be sent an email with the user's information once they have completed self-registration. You will then need to add it to CCURE in order for the mobile credentials and access groups to work. The user's email must be added to CCURE, as it acts as the source of truth. Occupants sync from CCURE to VTS Rise. If the email has already been added to CCURE, the self-registration will auto-sync.

'Occupants' in VTS Rise are called 'cardholders' in CCURE. 'Tenants' in VTS Rise are 'Companies' in CCURE.
