Adding Floor and Suite Fields to Visitor Pass Creation

Floors and Suites can now be added to Visitor Passes allowing residents and occupants to select their floor and suite when creating a visitor pass. The information is being pulled from tenant/unit settings. Visitor passes sent out will then include the floors and suites informing visitors where to go at the property.

Welcome Emails 

When a Property Admin sends Welcome Emails by selecting all or some users from the Occupant/Resident list, emails will only be sent to inactive users (users who have yet to log in to the platform). This ensures previously logged-in users are not receiving a welcome email. A pop-up will confirm the number of occupants/residents the welcome email will be sent to as well, as a reminder that it will not be sent to users that have previously signed in.

PM Permissions Control Email Notifications

If a Property Admin has been assigned a specific set of features, they will now only receive emails that are relevant to the feature set. This is configured under the individual Property Admin's account in the portal.

Mindbody Integration

We are now integrated with Mindbody allowing you to provide fitness and wellness classes directly to your property.
